Ex-Man United stars Lukaku and Young have been integral in Inter’s title-winning season
All four were deemed surplus to requirements by United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and were sold within a year of his appointment as permanent manager in March 2019.
Lukaku, who is Inter’s top scorer this season with 21 goals in Serie A, was the first to depart in the summer of 2019 for £69m but has re-found his form at the San Siro.
Later that summer, United flop Sanchez joined Inter on loan before his deal at Old Trafford was terminated.
The Chilean has scored five goals in 27 Serie A appearances this season but despite not being a guaranteed starter, the 32-year-old has claimed a league title which alluded him in England with United and Arsenal.
Meanwhile, Darmian left for Parma in 2019 and is now on loan at Inter, though the Serie A champions can make the deal permanent for £1.8m.

The Italian scored a vital late winner on April 25 against Hellas Verona which kept Inter on track for the Scudetto.
Young, who was United’s club captain at the time of his departure, was the last one to depart as he left for £1.5m in January 2020.
The England wing back has made 31 appearances for Inter in all competitions this season and has claimed his second league title, having won the Premier League back in 2013.
