Former Manchester United defender Alexander Buttner has been mocked online after showing off a bizarre new mural at his home.
The left-back has had an image of himself and ex-United manager Sir Alex Ferguson posing with the Premier League trophy painted over a large wall inside his house.
And while fans have not joked around why he has had it done, they have taken a dig at the quality of the mural itself.

Another United fan mocked the mural, tweeting: ‘Who’s the guy next to him because thats sure as hell not SAF (Sir Alex Ferguson)’

The Dutch defender signed for United back in 2012 from Vitesse Arnhem on a five-year deal.
However, while he did win the Premier League in his first season at the club, he failed to make much of an impact at Old Trafford and amassed just 13 league appearances in two seasons.
He left in 2014 for a fee of just under £5million to join Dinamo Moscow – with United roughly getting their money back on the former Ajax youth star.
